The Company promises to meet the following conditions: The goods can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (subject to the actual date of receipt of the customer):

How to apply for a return

Return and exchange due to quality reasons: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to service@wioola.comto the after-sales service center, the customer service will accept the application within 1-3 working days after receiving the mail. Your request, the freight generated by the return and exchange will be borne by us.

3.About return: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, please contact the courier company directly. After the courier company receives the goods, the courier company will inform us of the refund related matters. Our company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
